Habitaciones limpias, agradable y bastante amplias. Regadera con mucha agua, baño limpio buenas toallas. Estacionamiento en interior y cierran para mayor seguridad en la noche. El clima al 100 %
Ayer nos tocó trabajar en este hermoso estado, y nos hospedamos en este hotel. Lo primero y que resalta es que los recepcionistas muy muy amables, y atentos, la habitación limpia, con aire acondicionado, si andan o piensan visitar Iguala, no duden en hospedarse en este bonito y acogedor hotel
Muy mal el servicio por parte de un recepcionista (hombre), día Miércoles 3 de diciembre 2025 hora aproximada 8:00 parecía ebrio el individuo se puso necio en repetidas ocasiones y repetía las mismas preguntas y siempre culpando a la recepcionista anterior a el pues se refería a ella como " mi compañera del turno anterior"
Hace unos meses, mi hijo y yo nos quedamos un par de días y a mi hijo le encantó. Todo cerca, muy cómodo, limpio... Pensamos regresar en pocos días, porque ya nos la sabemos. Gracias Ricarlo
Excelente hotel ... prácticamente es solo para gente empresarial q solo buscan un buen lugar para descansar.. una buena ducha y a dormir... lo recomiendo muy limpio sus habitaciones acogedoras..!! Bien

It's a good place but, there is no soft light in case you need to wake up to the restroom and don't bother your room mate. There is only one roll of toilet paper on the room. Price is average.
Bonito hotel limpió, las habitaciones son buenas y de un tamaño estándar, tiene amplio estacionamiento y el personal es amable... El único inconveniente de mi estancia fue el wifi, en los 3 días que estuve ahí nunca tuve acceso a internet, solo se conectaba al modem del hotel pero nunca tuve conección a internet... Y nunca me pudieron resolver nada.
